Chicken Tikka Gravy | Boneless Chicken Gravy Recipe | Chicken Tikka Curry | Boneless Chicken Gravy | Chicken Recipe | Boneless Chicken Curry Recipe | Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe | Chicken Tikka Masala Handi | Boneless Chicken Tikka Curry Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Gravy: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) Boneless Chicken - 500 gms For Marination: - Salt- 1 tsp - Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp Tempering:- - Cumin seeds - 1 tsp - Whole red Chillies- 4 - Lightly crushed: - Green Cardamoms- 5 - Cloves- 5 - Cinnamon- 2 Spice Powders: - Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Coriander Powder- 2 tsp - Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp - Later: - Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp - Kasuri Methi Powder- 1 tsp Other Ingredients: - Grated Onion- 150 gms (2 medium) - Ginger crushed- 1.5 tsp - Garlic, crushed - 1.5 tsp (6 cloves)-15 gms - Gram Flour (Besan) - 1.25 Tbsp (can also use chickpea flour) - Tomato Purée - 5 tbsp - Green Chillies, sliced - 3 - Fresh cream - 4-5 tbsp - Salt- 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp seasoning Preparation: - Take boneless breast and thigh pieces and cut these into bite sized pieces. - Now add the items for the marinade, give a mix and set aside for 30 mins. - Grate the onions. You can use a grater or roughly pulse cubed onions in a grinder/blender to get the roughly grated onions. Do not make into a paste. - Roughly crush the whole garam masalas in a mortar & pestle. Set aside. ( if you don’t like crushed garam masala you can also add whole but there could be variation in flavour. ) - Peel and crush the ginger and garlic in a mortar & pestle. Set aside. - Slice the green chillies. - For the Kasuri Methi, dry roast it on low heat for around 30 secs and set aside to cool. Now crush it with your hand and set aside. Process: - To fry the chicken pieces, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken pieces. Fry on high to medium heat for 5 mins till browned. Switch off heat and set aside. - Heat 3 tbsp oil in a kadhai or pan, add the cumin seeds, the crushed whole garam masalas and the whole red chillies. Mix and stir for 30 secs. - Now add the grated onion, give a mix and add 1/2 tsp salt, - Fry on medium to low heat for 4-5 mins. - Add the crushed ginger & garlic and fry on medium to low heat for 2-3 mins. - Now add gram flour(besan)/chickpea flour, mix and cook on low heat for 2 mins. - Also add the spice powders and 100 ml water. Mix and fry on low heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates. - Add tomato purée & 50 ml water, mix and fry for 3-4 mins on medium to low heat till oil separates. - Add the fried chicken pieces, give a mix and fry for 2-3 mins on medium heat. - And sliced green Chillies and fry for 1-2 mins on low heat. - Next add 250 ml water, give a mix and cover & cook on low heat for 12 mins till meat is tender. - Add the garam masala powder, dry roasted and powdered Kasuri Methi, pinch of salt and fresh cream. Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy | Chicken Gravy Recipe | Restaurant Style Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy Recipe by Spice Eats | Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy | Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy: - Chicken, curry cut pieces with bones- 500 gms - Onions, chopped- 2 medium - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp Cashew-Red Chilli-Tomato paste: - Cashew nuts- 10 - Whole red chillies- 5-6 - Red ripe tomatoes-2 medium Powders: - Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Coriander powder- 2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp (Link to our Garam Masala Recipe: 🤍 - Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)- 1 tsp (roasted and crushed) - Oil- 4 tbsp - Salt- 1 tsp Preparation: - Chop the onions and quarter the 2 red tomatoes - Dry roast the cashew nuts and the red chillies in a pan on low heat for 2-3 mins. Set aside to cool. Coarse grind first and then add the quartered tomatoes. Continue to blend it into a smooth paste. - Dry roast the fenugreek leaves in a pan, allow it to cool and then crush lightly with your hand. Process: - Heat oil in a pan/kadai. - Add the chopped onions and fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till translucent. - Now add the Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins on low heat. - Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powders and mix it well. Fry it on low heat for 2-3 mins after adding a splash of water. - Now add the chicken pieces, mix well and fry it on medium heat for 5-6 mins till the chicken is browned well. - Add the salt and mix it well. - Now add the cashew-red chilli-tomato paste, mix well and fry for 5-6 mins on medium heat till oil separates. - Add the Garam Masala Powder, mix and cook for 1 min. - Add 200 ml water, mix and cover & cook for 15 mins. - Remove the lid and add Kasuri Methi, mix and simmer for around 2 minutes. - Serve with chapati or rice. #restaurantstylechicken #chickengravyrecipe #chickencurry #chickenrecipe #chickengravy #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken

Process: - Heat oil in a pan or kadai and add the chopped onions. - Fry on high heat for 10 mins till brown in colour. - Add the crushed ginger and garlic and fry on medium heat for 2 mins. - Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies and fry on medium heat for 2 mins. - Add the turmeric powder and mix & fry on medium heat for around 3 mins till tomatoes are soft. - Now add the chicken pieces and fry on high heat for 2-3 mins till the chicken pieces are browned. - Add the readymade chicken masala, red Chilli powder and salt, mix and bhunno on high heat for 5 mins. Chicken Changezi Recipe Restaurant Style | Changezi Chicken Curry | Chicken Changezi | Chicken Changezi Recipe | Changezi Chicken | How To Make Chicken Changezi | Chicken Curry | Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Changezi: - Chicken, large pieces with bones- 1 kg For the Marination: - Salt- 2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tbsp - Lemon Juice- 2 tsp - Whisked Curd/Yogurt (thick) - 6 tbsp (120 ml) Onion-Cashew Paste: - Onion, sliced- 2 medium onions (around 160 gms) - Cashew nuts- 16 Spice Powders: - Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 2.5 tsp - Coriander Powder- 3 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp Other Ingredients: - Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp - Readymade Tomato Purée- 8 tbsp - Room temperature Cow Milk - 150 ml - Fresh Cream-4 tbsp - Chaat Masala- 1 tsp - Kasuri Methi, dry roasted and powdered- 2 tsp - Oil or ghee- 3 tbsps + 2 tbsps for frying the chicken - Salt for seasoning- 1/2 tsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients specified and set it aside for 30 mins. - Slice the onions. - Now take a pan, heat 1.5 tbsp oil and add the sliced onions. Fry on medium heat for around 8-10 mins till light brown in color and then add the cashew nuts. Mix and continue to fry on medium heat for another 1-2 mins. The onions should not become too dark in colour. - Now set aside, cool and grind it to a paste by adding around 2-3 tbsp water. - To fry the chicken pieces, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and place the marinated chicken pieces side by side without the extra marinade. Fry on high to medium high heat for 3 mins and then flip the pieces. Continue to fry on high to medium high heat on this side for 3 mins. Fry for another 2 mins on medium heat on each side till uniformly browned. - Use readymade tomato purée/paste for this recipe. If not available, blend 2 medium sized red tomatoes and use that instead. - Use boiled milk cooled to room temperature. - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) and crush it with your hands when cooled. Process: - Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste. - Fry on low heat for 2 mins and then add the tomato purée. - Give a mix for a minute and then add the Onion-Cashew Paste. - Mix and fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till oil separates. - Add all the Spice Powders and 1/2 tsp salt and cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates. - Now switch off heat and add the room temperature milk (boiled and cooled) and give a mix. After watching this video, you'll have everything you need to prepare this delicious dish in no time! ingredients For Chicken Marinade 1) Chicken - 600 gms of medium size pieces - make cuts on chicken as shown in video recipe 2) hung curd - 150 ml 3) dried fenugreek ( kasuri methi) - some slightly roasted. 4) vinegar - 1 table spoon 5) ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon 6) turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon 7) kuti lal red chili - 1/2 tea spoon 8) chaat masala - 1/2 tea spoon 9) cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon 10) black salt - 1/2 tea spoon 11) coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon 12) Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/5 tea spoon 13) garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon 14) black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon 15) pink salt - as per taste 16) red food color - 1/4 tea spoon ( optional ) 17) refined flour - 1/2 tea spoon 18) oil - 3 tea spoon - take all these above mentioned ingredients in bowl and make a paste of it. - now add chicken in to it and apply this mixture to chicken well. - marinade chicken for - 3 / 4 hours - in a pressure cooker add marinated chicken pieces and cover it by remove gasket and rubber band of pressure cooker lid... - cover and cook on low flame for 25 - 30 minutes. check in between, if chicken gets very dried up in cooker add little bit of water and cover it again and cook... - after 30 minutes remove chicken in a plate. - now on direct flame cook these cooked chicken pieces for burned texture of tandoori chicken. - now take these pieces in a separate bow, put a burning coal and put some oil on it. - now cover the lid and smoke for some time.... homemade excellent tandoori chicken made in pressure cooker is ready to eat. have it with sliced onion, lemon and pudina or pudina chutney. Simple&Tasty Chicken Fry..!|||| Chicken Fry Recipe Easy chicken fry recipe: a simple and basic recipe for making chicken fry using cubed boneless chicken pieces and spices. There are probably thousands of different variations to an easy chicken fry recipe including what you can add to the marinade, the quantity of spices, whether you use pepper powder or not, etc. While I love the chicken 65 recipe which we tend to default to quite often, this easy chicken fry is a close second. You can make the basic spice paste in advance to marinate the chicken and leave it overnight in the refrigerate. You can also freeze the marinated chicken for up to two weeks but it’s best to fry it after a few hours. A good chicken fry is like a balm to the non-vegetarian soul. Very few things can be as comforting an addition to some rice and dal. I recommend making a very simple onion salad as a side to this because raw onions go really well with the spices added to this dish. I especially like whipping up some chicken fry if I have a mixed group of vegetarians and non-vegetarians over for a meal since it’s so easy and fuss free which leaves you enough time to focus on your paneer dishes or whatever else you choose to make. To keep the chicken pieces spongy, it’s good to add some lime juice to the marinade. The yogurt we add to recipes like Chicken Majestic serve the same purpose but in this easy basic chicken fry, we won’t be adding yogurt since it also adds a distinct flavour which we are not looking for here. Instructions Clean the chicken pieces and place in a bowl Add all the spices, ginger garlic paste, salt, and lime juice to this Mix well until the chicken pieces are well coated. You can also mix the marinade ingredients first in the bowl and then add the chicken pieces and mix together Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. You can also fry immediately if short on time Heat oil for deep frying and gently add the chicken pieces to it without overcrowding them Fry on medium heat stirring occasionally until the chicken pieces are golden brown Take out one piece and test to see if the pieces are fully cooked When done, drain and place on kitchen towels for the excess oil to get absorbed Proceed with the remaining pieces until all done Serve hot with rice, any curry, and a simple salad. Hyderabadi Chilli Chicken Curry | Hyderabadi Chilli Chicken Restaurant Style | Hyderabadi Style Green Chilli Chicken | Hyderabadi Chilli Chicken | Green Chilli Chicken Curry | Hyderabadi Style Chicken Curry | Chicken Curry | Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Hyderabadi Chilli Chicken Curry: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) - Chicken, curry cut with bones - 1 Kg Onion-Chilli Green paste: - Onion, cubed- 2 medium (160 gms) - Ginger, chopped- 2 inches (20 gms) - Garlic cloves- 12-14( 15 gms) - Green Chillies- 10 (25 gms) - Coriander Leaves, chopped- 8 tbsp (40 gms) For the Marination:r - Turmeric powder-1 tsp - Salt- 2 tsp - Whisked curd/yogurt- 8 tbsp (200 gms) - Green paste made in grinder Spice Powders: - Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp - Coriander Powder- 2 tsp - Cumin Powder- 1.5 tsp - Later, - Garam Masala Powder- 2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Green Chillies, cut- 4-5 - Oil -5-6 tbsp For Garnish: - Coriander leaves, chopped- 4 tbsp Preparation: - To make the Green paste, peel and cube/thick slice the onions, peel the ginger and garlic and chop the ginger & coriander leaves. Also cut the green chillies into two. - To make the paste, add all these items to a grinder and grind into a paste. - Whisk the yogurt and set it aside. - Marinate the chicken pieces with the green paste, turmeric, whisked curd/yogurt and salt. - Set aside for 30 mins. Process: - Heat oil in a pan or kadhai and then add the green chillies. Give a stir and lower the heat. Add the spice powders other than Garam Masala powder and give a mix for 15 secs. - Add the marinated chicken, give a mix and fry on high heat for around 5 mins till chicken turns white and oil starts to leave the sides. - Now cover & cook on low heat for around 20 mins till the masala is cooked, chicken is tender and oil separates. Mughlai Chicken Handi | Restaurant Style Chicken Handi | Chicken Handi Recipe | Chicken Handi by Spice Eats | Chicken Handi | Boneless Chicken Gravy | Chicken Recipe | Handi Chicken | Boneless Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients for Mughlai Chicken Handi: - Boneless Chicken thighs, 1” pieces- 450-500 gms For Marination: - Salt- 1 tsp - Crushed Pepper- 3/4 tsp Spice Powders: - Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp - Coriander Powder- 2 tsp - Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 3/4 tsp - Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) - 2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Grated Onion- 100 gms (2 small) - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp - Readymade tomato purée or paste- 4 tbsp - Whisked Curd/Yogurt- 3 tbsp - Cashew paste- 12 cashews - Green Chillies, sliced- 3 - Refined Oil- 3 tbsp - Coriander leaves, chopped- 2 tbsp Preparation: - Cut the boneless chicken thighs into 1” pieces. Marinate with salt and crushed pepper. Mix and set aside for 30 mins. - Grate the onion and whisk the curd/yogurt. - Make a paste of the cashew nuts. To make cashew paste, add the whole cashews into a grinder/blender and coarse grind into a fine powder. Add 3 tbsp water and blend into a smooth paste. Set aside for use later. - Slice the green chillies and chop the coriander leaves for garnish. - For tomato purée/paste, use readymade tomato purée available in stores. If not available, blend 2 medium red ripe tomatoes into a paste and use that instead. - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi (dried Fenugreek leaves) and crush it into a coarse powder with your hand. Process: - Heat oil in a wok or kadhai and add the grated onion. Fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the colour changes. Add the ginger garlic paste, mix and continue to fry on low to medium heat for 2-3 mins. - Now add the marinated chicken, mix and fry on high heat for 1-2 mins till the colour changes to white and slightly browned. - Add all the spice powders other than Garam Masala Powder and Kasuri Methi, mix and fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins. - Now add the readymade tomato purée, give a mix and fry on medium to low heat for 3-4 mins till it’s cooked and oil separates. - Now add the cashew paste and whisked curd/yogurt, mix it well and cook on low heat for 2 mins till oil separates. - Now add 150 ml water and sliced green chillies, give a stir and cover & cook on low heat for 15 mins till the chicken is cooked and oil separates. - Add the garam masala powder and crushed Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves), give a mix and simmer on low heat for 2-3 mins. - Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. #mughlaichickenhandi #chickenhandirecipe #chickenrecipe #bonelesschickengravy #handichicken #chickengravy #chickencurry #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken
