This route is a little slower than what the current wr run follows. But this route is at least consistent even though I changed to grabbing the nade launcher instead of the sniper now. With a consistent RL and a 90% consistent truck spawn. I do waste a small bit of time to grab a nade launcher, but that is to make the ending fight not completely unbearable. If you are thinking of speedrunning this game, I can recommend this route to start running with, before switching over to reset and rng heavy optimal route. still not perfect run. going to try again later. The speeding up is done by recording a playback of the game while playing, this speeds up the game by 2x. Every time a menu pops up I need to reselect the playback recording to have it go this fast again. Watch live at 🤍

After a year of running far cry we finaly have a PB, a sub one hour and a place higher up the leaderboards. This game is hell, this run is even more hellish. Thank you all for for Watching! Hope you all have a good year ahead! This run is the result of almost three months of grinding the game. Recorded on the afternoon of the 30th of December 2022. A lot of new strats have been developed and a load of new route changes have been implemented. The run can be a bit faster and we will get back to grinding in the upcoming year. Also, this is my first time editing a video with DaVinci Resolve. I hope you enjoy the editing. Starting this new year I wish to focus a bit more on editing and start a series of videos. Crysis 2 Glitchless 2:06:34 Speedrun lost 25 seconds in the start but because I was in the green after lab rat I thought to just finish a run after 3 days being stuck in the first 5 levels fuck this game i lost almost a minute in power out but most other levels were pretty decent I have been calculating a bit, and comparing to the any% and I think a doable glitchless wr will be 2:05:11

Current PB and WR. The 2x speed is achieved using recording playback. This is an option in the game that lets you record the game for playback later. It skips frames, making the game run faster. In the speedrun the framerate has to be capped at 60fps to make it fair for everyone to run this category. Quick save and quick load are used to skip dialogue. There is also the glitch in the end where the Jackal pushes us out of the door via his animation. Thank you for watching. And thank you for reading this description.
