There is a boss in the sandbox unless you don't count. Assistant manager is a boss😅

What story? >.< don't get me wrong, I enjoy grounded, but like, aside from the main quest line to "go home", which is "collect BURGL chips", there isn't really a story... 1 doctor is like "I invented shrinking stuff".... and another was like "you work for me and we can use this to be militaristic and shyt, let's test it on kids." That's the "story". Sure, there's some other things involved, but that's what it boils down to.

There's still things to do in the game outside of the story, which is good, but I feel like they should have definitely included DS in the "go home" portion of the game... could even add different endings to the story...

I get what you're saying, but they'd have to completely rework how the game plays (again) to add more story...

I strongly disagree because of love it when my friends and I fight every new boss added and craft all their items and use them sometimes but also have a nice area with armor stands to collect them

Grounded was fun but it could have been so much more. I haven't come back because of wasps, and I won't come back for a red ant queen that should've been in the game 2 years ago...

I have been thinking a lot lately about new vegas, while playing grounded, not because they're analogous but because they're both Obsidian titles. About how the dlc was handled. About how many spots looks like they're going to be opened up later. I think bosses are a quick tide over for some major map updates, at least it's possible. The gas station, or the house, or some great underground location... I dunno, this game is basically a year old.
